Dark Judicar - Agent Banshee

Part of a group of supernatural demonic agents from a realm of death, decay and chaos, they are known as the Dark Judicar. From a distance, Agent Banshee looks like a mere small old woman. She draws in good and charitable people to prey on by weeping loudly, but by the time they realise she isn't human, it's already too late. Armed with a blood-curdling banshee scream and the ability to enter a ghostly form at will, she is able to phase through any surface, making escape from this demonic hag near impossible.
