Model Handling
1. Hobby Item Disclaimer:
Please be advised that our figures are not toys and are not suitable for children. We understand that parents may wish to introduce these items to younger individuals, but the responsibility lies with the adults to ensure proper supervision at all times. It is essential to supervise children to prevent any potential hazards, as outlined below.
2. Material Composition and Safety Warning:
Our metal figures are primarily composed of a white metal alloy, and while we are actively working to transition to lead-free metal, some of our miniatures may have been cast by third-party manufacturers or may have been on the market for some time, and as such, they may or may not contain lead.
Therefore, it is strongly advised that these figures not be chewed, swallowed, or ingested. Additionally, certain terrain pieces are made from resin and should not be consumed. And our plastic ranges should also not be consumed.
3. Assembly and Safety Notice:
While we take great pride in the quality of our castings, some items may require assembly or trimming as part of the hobby process. In the event that you sustain an injury, such as a cut from a sharp blade while modifying or assembling these figures, we cannot be held responsible for the incident. We advise taking appropriate precautions when handling such tools.
4. Adhesive Caution:
Should you accidentally superglue yourself to a figure, surface, or activator can, we cannot accept responsibility for such occurrences. However, we may offer sympathy (subject to the circumstances of the day) should such an incident arise.
