"Once a normal but very gifted tech agent, Goodwin was recruited into Department X due to high recommendations about his successful agent tech already being used city-wide by agents. Goodwin was instantly brought on board to invent new equipment to locate, communicate and capture evidence of the ever-growing paranormal and supernatural reports in sector NG15. The only problem with this was that Goodwin didn't believe in the paranormal, but that all changed once he came to the sector. He is now quite obsessed with the subject and is never seen without a camera."
