Dark Judicar - Agent Vermin

Part of a group of supernatural demonic agents from a realm of death, decay and chaos, they are known as the Dark Judicar. Vermin is a master of shadows, mischief and plague with the ability to control critters, insects and his beloved rats, which he has used to cause havoc in sector NG15 on numerous occasions. Like most rats, Vermin is misunderstood and disliked by the other Dark agents, forcing him to work alone much of the time. He resorts to the homeless, outcasts and misfits of the sector to do his dirty work—his so-called "Street Rats"—who follow him blindly like cult followers.
