Bluppi

Bluppi Blippiton The 16th is one of the big city's millions of weirdos and simpletons—very strange folk who talk oddly, walk peculiarly, and dress bizarrely. These characters are usually harmless, but they often push the boundaries with their eccentric crazes. Bluppi is one such weirdo with plenty of secrets. He currently hosts a cult-like webshow aimed at teaching young city dwellers about the latest popular trends. On paper it's harmless, but Bluppi has been accused of encouraging dangerous crazes that have led to riots, protests, and deaths. This has sparked numerous arrests and an investigation into the disappearances and deaths of previous show hosts—an event known in sector history as "The Bluppi Murders."
